The rules

In order to make The Border Bogie Challenge safe and fair we request that every entrant try to adhere to the rules and specifications outlined in the Full Rules and Regulations document, but we realise that low budget machines are bound to be quite basic and the skills and finance might not be avaliable to create complicated designs and braking systems.

The aim of the Border Bogie Challenge is to provide a fun days racing that includes all the family and competitors of every age and Bogies of every style and budget. We reserve the right to relax the specifications on basic machines and by no means want to put off entrants who feel they can not comply exactly to the regulations in the document.
